Shipping Policy

Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) upon receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped. If you are not receiving our emails, please check your spam or junk folder before reaching out to us.

State Laws:
Customers are required to comply with all applicable state and local laws regarding the purchase and receipt of products.

Shipping Rates:

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: A flat shipping fee of $8.64 applies to orders within the U.S.

In-Store Pickup:
You can avoid shipping fees by choosing free local pickup at our designated store locations. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 1 to 2 hours during regular business hours. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready, along with pickup instructions.
Please bring your order confirmation email when collecting your items.

Shipping Methods:
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.

  • USPS: Orders are processed Monday through Saturday.
  • Delivery Times:
    • Free shipping orders are sent via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail and usually arrive within 2 to 8 business days.
    • USPS Priority Mail typically delivers within 2 to 4 business days after shipping.
      Please note that USPS shipping times are not guaranteed, and tracking updates may take time to reflect.

How to Track Your Order:
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking updates to appear. If you do not receive your order within 7 days of receiving the shipping confirmation, contact us at support@biggiesmart.com with your name and order number for assistance.

Delivery Disclaimer:
Once an order is shipped, delivery times may vary due to factors like weather, courier delays, or errors. Biggies Mart is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or UPS. For assistance with delayed or lost shipments, contact USPS Customer Service at 1-850-816-0089.

Back Orders:
If an item in your order becomes unavailable, we will contact you to offer a replacement or issue a refund for the unavailable product.

Damaged or Missing Products/Orders:
If your order arrives damaged, email us at support@biggiesmart.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). Each case is reviewed individually, and we will work towards a resolution.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Refunds will be issued for the full order amount minus shipping costs.
