Refund Policy

  • Limited to one return or exchange per customer.
  • Purchases up to $110.00 are eligible for a refund.
  • Returns based on taste preference are not accepted.
  • Refunds are typically processed within four weeks. This includes:
    • Transit time for your return to reach us (5–10 business days).
    • Processing time once we receive your return (3–5 business days).
    • Bank processing time for your refund (5–10 business days).

If your product was purchased through a distributor or retailer, please contact the original point of purchase for returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Missing Products/Orders

If your order arrives damaged or with issues (e.g., broken items, incorrect products), email us immediately at support@biggiesmart.com with:

  1. A photo of the product(s).
  2. A brief description of the issue.

We will work with you to resolve the problem.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping Recommendations

  • Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for returns over $75.
  • Biggies Mart does not guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation.
