Refund Policy
- Limited to one return or exchange per customer.
- Purchases up to $110.00 are eligible for a refund.
- Returns based on taste preference are not accepted.
- Refunds are typically processed within four weeks. This includes:
- Transit time for your return to reach us (5–10 business days).
- Processing time once we receive your return (3–5 business days).
- Bank processing time for your refund (5–10 business days).
If your product was purchased through a distributor or retailer, please contact the original point of purchase for returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Missing Products/Orders
If your order arrives damaged or with issues (e.g., broken items, incorrect products), email us immediately at support@biggiesmart.com with:
- A photo of the product(s).
- A brief description of the issue.
We will work with you to resolve the problem.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Shipping Recommendations
- Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for returns over $75.
- Biggies Mart does not guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation.
